Karel & Hicks, P.C. is located in an area of Dallas known as Uptown, north of downtown.
Our address is 3838 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 1450, Dallas, Texas 75219. Our office is in Two Turtle Creek Village, an eighteen-story black-glass office building at the corner of OAK LAWN AVENUE and BLACKBURN AVENUE. We are on the 14th floor, in Suite 1450.
We are just over four miles from Love Field, about a ten minute drive.
Go southeast on CEDAR SPRINGS ROAD. Turn left on MOCKINGBIRD LANE. Turn right on LEMMON AVENUE. Turn LEFT onto OAK LAWN AVENUE. We are the corner of OAK LAWN and BLACKBURN.
We are nineteen miles from DFW, a twenty-five to thirty minute drive depending on traffic. Rush-hour traffic can double or triple this drive.
Go south on INTERNATIONAL PARKWAY S / TX-97 SPUR S (portions are toll). Merge onto TX-183 E toward DALLAS / IRVING. 183 merges into I-35E South. Stay on I-35 approaching downtown, and take EXIT 430A toward OAK LAWN AVE / HI LINE DR / VICTORY AVE. Turn LEFT onto OAK LAWN AVE. We are approximately a mile and a half from the highway.
On the north side of the building, there is a large parking lot which can be accessed from OAK LAWN and is shared by offices and restaurants, including Good Eats, Souper Salads, and Zushi Sushi. There is also a parking garage in our building, accessed from BLACKBURN. Parking is free in either lot.
